We have taken the time to learn what implicit bias is and how it can show up at work. In this workshop, we will spend time defining the term ‘Ally’ and the daily actions we can execute everyday to insure that the underrepresented populations in our organizations get the support, development and attention they have worked so hard to achieve.
About Jenine Jenkins:
Jenine is a dedicated Human Resources Professional with extensive experience managing a full spectrum of human resource programs and functions. She is an engaging and enthusiastic facilitator with the ability to build relationships with a diverse population and effectively communicate across all levels of the organization to coach and train either in a group or one on one setting. Jenine achieved her certificate of Coaching for Life and Work, through the University of California, Davis and has attained an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) designation.
