Josh Edwards is the leader you wish you had. He asks the right questions at the right time, fosters growth and creativity, and knows how to lead with grit, grace, and understanding – all while being a complete gem of a human. This past year, Josh led a conference session on strategic planning (in a box!) at #ELGL22, and led the Innovation Task Force, ensuring public innovation work had a seat at the table during ELGL’s Strategic Planning process.
