Now that ICMA is providing the Coaching Program on a national basis to all states, the Preparing the Next Generation (PNG) Committee in California would like to complement the Coaching Program with other talent development programs. Therefore, PNG is surveying you in order to identify your development needs as you seek advancement in local government management.
Based on your responses, Cal-ICMA will be funding several new programs to accelerate the development of current and up-and-coming talent.
