Strategic Planning Virtual Hangout Banner

Want to learn about and discuss strategic planning with other ELGLers?

This informal virtual hangout, on February 6th from 5:00-6:00 PM EST, will be an opportunity to share and learn from other folks in the ELGL community about their strategic planning experiences, successes, challenges, and barriers. The goal of this virtual meet-up is to begin the process of creating a support group focused on improving strategic planning across our communities.

Our moderators for the meet-up will be Josh Edwards, Assistant Manager at Athens-Clarke County Unified Government (GA), and Kevin Knutson, of Envisio. Both with extensive experience in local government and strategic planning, they will help facilitate the group and their respective insight and knowledge into the strategic planning process.

We will be limiting this hangout to the first 10 sign-ups. We will send an AnyMeeting link before the meeting. This is free but is open to ELGL members only.

Grab a beer/coffee/tea or your lunch and join us!
